Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted up to five (5) business-days prior to your scheduled training course and will incur a cancellation fee of $50. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this time except in special circumstances e.g. family bereavement or medical emergency.

Substitutions can be arranged up to 48 hours prior to the event. Please contact us to arrange substitutions.

IQ Health may cancel or post-pone a scheduled training course up to 5 business-days prior to the course. If the course is cancelled or you are unable to attend the re-scheduled course date, a full refund will be provided.
