Overview
This assessment consists of 50 multiple choice questions. You must correctly answer 40 questions (80% pass rate) to achieve Accreditation in the IQ Health Operating Theatre Protocol Training Program.
You can skip any question and return to it at a later stage.
Time limited
The assessment is time limited to 1-hour.
After logging in, you’ll be taken to your assessment. When you click on the START ASSESSMENT button your time will start.
If you finish the assessment within 1 hour, or simply wish to finish the assessment, you may submit your answers by clicking the SUBMIT and FINISH button. If you have not finished all assessment questions upon the completion of 1 hour, the assessment will automatically submit completed questions.
Please note, upon the submission of your completed questions (either by choice or at the completion of 1 hour), your assessment is considered FINAL and you will not be able to review your answers.
Results
Upon completion of the assessment your results will automatically be provided to you both onscreen and via an email.
Resitting
If you are unsuccessful in passing the assessment, you will be given an opportunity to re-sit the assessment. If you fail a second time, your Accreditation will not be awarded.
